THE DETAILS BEHIND THE SHEETS

Terms of Use

The conditions for using PosterSheet and making your own printable posters.

Last updated:

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the PosterSheet website, its Cloudflare Pages address, and its browser-based poster tool. “PosterSheet,” “we,” and “our” refer to the site operator, who can be contacted at [email protected]. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. If you need a parent or guardian’s permission, use the service with that permission and supervision.

2. What the service provides

PosterSheet lets you select an image, arrange it across multiple sheets, and download a printable PDF. The current tool is free and does not require an account. Image processing and PDF generation take place in your browser.

We do not provide physical printing, shipping, image storage, or project recovery. You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, printer, paper, ink, and other printing costs. Available features and limits are shown in the tool and may change as it is maintained.

3. Your images and permissions

You retain the rights you already have in your images. Using the tool does not transfer ownership of them to PosterSheet. Because your selected images are processed locally, we do not require a license to host, publish, or distribute them.

Only reproduce images you own, have permission to use, or may lawfully reproduce. You are responsible for respecting copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, and other applicable restrictions. Downloading a poster PDF does not grant new rights to the original image. Any personal or commercial use of the result remains subject to the rights in that image.

If you choose to email us an image or other material for support, you permit us to use it only as needed to handle your request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use PosterSheet lawfully and without disrupting access for other visitors. Do not try to compromise the website, distribute malicious code through it, bypass security protections, or overload its hosting. Do not use the service to infringe someone else’s rights.

The tool does not publish or host user-selected images. For a concern about material actually published on the PosterSheet website, contact us with the relevant URL and details of the concern.

5. Printing results and limitations

Image quality, device memory, browser behavior, printer margins, paper selection, and PDF print settings can affect the result. Enlarging an image does not create additional detail. A preview is a planning aid and cannot guarantee the color, size, or alignment of a physical print.

Check your layout and print a test sheet before a full run. Follow the printing guide, use the intended paper size, and select Actual Size or 100% scaling. You are responsible for deciding whether the result meets the needs of your project. Keep your original image and any PDF you want to use again.

6. Website content and third-party services

Rights in the website’s text, branding, illustrations, and software belong to their respective owners. Your use of the tool does not transfer ownership of that material. Third-party software remains subject to its applicable license, and these terms do not override permissions granted by that license or by law.

Reference links may lead to services operated by other parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. A link does not mean that PosterSheet controls or endorses everything on the linked website.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the tool useful and working, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or results without errors. Guides provide general printing information and cannot account for every printer or project.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PosterSheet is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

8. Changes and access

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, or restrict access when necessary for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

If these terms change, we will publish the revised version here and update the date above. Changes apply to use after they take effect, subject to any notice or other requirements of applicable law. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

9. Questions or concerns

Email [email protected] about these terms, a problem with the service, or a concern about website content. Include enough detail for us to understand the issue. For personal information requests, see the Privacy Policy; for support details, visit Contact.
